My name is Neha Gupta, and I am the proud owner of Accounting Tax USA.

I live in Marlboro, New Jersey with my family. I am a licensed CPA from the State of New Jersey and have a Bachelor's degree in Finance. 

I created and grew the Accountancy firm, Accounting Tax USA, from old-fashion word-of-mouth marketing and am proud of our accomplishments to date.  I could not have done it without the support of family and the support from our staff.  Our firm, now 4 years old, has matured into its own.  We have been successful because we put client's first.  Simply put, we follow through with what we say we will do and focus on providing outstanding service every time.   We have a very high bar for the services we offer.

Every situation is unique and we are happy to analyze the many moving parts of these transactions in order to advise you as to the correct path from a financial or tax perspective. As I write this, I currently have five different clients of mine looking to either sell their business, merge their business or create a subsidiary. They have engaged me to give them an independent analysis of the tax and financial implications of the transaction along with seeking advice as to big picture business planning aspects also.
